His technical leadership spans every stage of the system lifecycle—from planning, acquisition, and installation to test validation, field sustainment, and modernization. Notable accomplishments include serving as Integration Test Lead for the Jordan Border Surveillance Program, where he oversaw multi-sensor tower systems linking FLIR, radar, and PTP radio networks to command-and-control centers, and providing C4ISR electronic sustainment support for CENTCOM and DTRA programs to ensure mission continuity across demanding operational theaters.
