William Hitchcock is a seasoned international security professional and former U.S. government executive with extensive experience in border security, surveillance systems, and global operations. A retired 29 year veteran of the United States Border Patrol, William has served in high-impact roles supporting national security and international partnerships.
Throughout his federal career, William held positions including Border Patrol Associate Chief Headquarters Washington, DC, CBP Attaché and DHS Attaché Iraq and Afghanistan, where he worked closely with foreign governments to strengthen border security infrastructure, enhance operational capabilities, and support bilateral cooperation efforts. His experience spans complex overseas environments, including coordination with host nations, executive mentoring, program management, and implementation of advanced surveillance and communication systems.
As a principal at C4 Forward LLC, William now leverages his government and international experience to deliver cutting-edge C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) solutions. His work focuses on supporting U.S. Department of State, Department of War, and international partners through system integration, training, and end-user support in challenging environments.
William is recognized for his strategic leadership, operational expertise, and ability to bridge the gap between government requirements and practical field execution. His commitment to strengthening global security partnerships continues to drive successful outcomes across international programs.
